SYNOPSIS

Eleanor Dingle (Veronica Cartwright) would make the Capital Hill Gang blush in this black comedy about power, seduction and backbiting. In the vein of “The War of the Roses” and “Ruthless People” comes this tale of a power mad mother who will do anything to get her felonious cad of a son Barry (Barry Shurchin) married to a rising Senator’s daughter, Ethel Shivers (Nicole Sullivan) a newly widowed mongoloid. Never mind that the senator’s daughter has three suitors ahead of him, the sons of Mrs. Dingle’s arch-rival and played in a hilarious turn by Erik Palladino. Don’t miss this raunchy, dark and hilarious revenge comedy that is sure to make you blush

… writer/director/star Barry Shurchin scores laughs…
Peter Debruge, Miami Herald

Dingle, Barry is a film that will have you laughing till your stomach hurts, it never once takes itself serious which allows the viewer to have a good time even over situations we would not normally laugh over in any other film.
Patrick Ricketts, Video Views

It’s rude and its crude…I laughed my friggin ass off. I am not big on comedies but Dingle Barry is so dysfunctional it shines above the rest! Huge Thumbs Up.
